Blogs - Allows the user to set up a website which can be used as an online diary or journal to freely express their thoughts and ideas (personal or factual) which is updated frequently and can be viewed by a mass population. Allows for interaction between users and viewers by not just observing but through the forms of commenting, responding, following blogs etc.

Social Networking Sites - Are networked sites created for the purpose of making social interaction between users very simple; especially with people all over the world. These sites usually consist of the user having a personal profile which they can control and update.

Wikis - Is a free online encyclopedia which is designed to allow users to modify and contribute to the content of the pages.
Eg: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
Video Sharing - Is a site that allows users to upload personal video footage which can be viewed by anyone in the world. Viewers have the option of leaving comments/feedback on the videos they have viewed or even subscribe to them.
